Students are placed in each of these five halls, which vary greatly in atmosphere and physical state. If you're really lucky (and smart, for that matter), you'll be placed in the On-Campus Apartments!

No New Posts Campus Courtyard
Somehow, regardless of the buildings and colleges that have been built up around it, a rather large stretch of perfectly manicured grass and trees has remained intact at the very center of campus, complete with a fountain in the middle. Students often set up picnics through this area of campus, and occasionally someone might prank the school by putting a bit of bubble bath in the fountain-- that never goes over well with the administration.

No New Posts Watkins School Library
Situated not all too far from the College of Arts and Science is a large, two story building filled with bookcases as far as the eye can see. There is a librarian situated on each floor and the place seems to be eerily quiet.

No New Posts Greene Cafeteria
The cafeteria is probably one of the nicest buildings that the school has. It's air-conditioned and it doesn't smell like dust or mold which is always a plus. Inside are tables as far as the eye can see and behind that, a variety of stations where food is served.

The building itself proclaims exactly what classes take place inside, as it is easily defined by its modern outer and interior design. This building is easily the pride and joy of DSU campus.

This area of campus is rather bland, with four matching buildings in which economics, information systems, management, and other classes of that nature take place.

No New Posts Greek Row
On the outskirts of DSU campus lie eight old, large houses, each of which are designated as the headquarters for the four fraternities and four sororities on campus. It's quite a walk to class when living here, but it's still the best place to live in a social sense. The rooms are few, however, and lots of members of these fraternities/sororities usually live in dorms or off-campus.

This section of campus is defined by its crop fields and livestock pastures, as well as a few buildings dotted around. From afar, it looks similar to a rural area, and most students drive to get to classes here, as walking through it can be taxing. Occasionally students like to run in this section of campus, however.

No New Posts Payne College of Engineering
Located somewhere between the cows and the stadium lies one large building in which all engineering classes are held. It's quite a walk for both on-campus students as well as greek students, and there isn't a lot of parking. Yuck.

No New Posts Burton College of Education & Health Professions
Located close to the stadium as well as Greek Row, this college has five large, towering buildings, two of which are dedicated solely to education, two to nursing, and one to general health. It's rather easy to get lost among these buildings, as well, especially if you're new to campus.

No New Posts Shopping center
A mall and another smaller, less noteworthy shopping center seemed to be conveniently located right next to each other. The mall is a huge, two story building with fancy decorations and escalators galore. The shopping center is sort of like a crummier, dirtier version. There is a Walmart, though!
